The supporting of, and implementing the marketing, innovation and development strategy for the company
The formulation and testing of products, running Pilot Scale and Production trials (at our international manufacturing locations)
Ensuring that formulations comply with current, and anticipated future, regulatory and environmental requirements
Assistance with the handover process of new products to full scale production and assist resolving problems
Monitor trends and generate ideas on products, ingredients, packaging and the personal care market overall
to provide own ideas for the use of new creative materials and new product concepts
Evaluate products to support claims and instigate external product testing where required
To work on specific product projects along with marketing, innovation and packaging technology colleagues to prepare full ranges of products for specific customers

Sporządzanie raportów i zestawień związanych z działalnością firmy, planowanie i monitorowanie wykonania budżetu, prace administracyjne i techniczne wspomagające sprawne funkcjonowanie biura, koordynacja planu podróży, przygotowanie projektów i prezentacji multimedialnych, bieżące kontakty z klientami i dostawcami, wykonywanie miesięcznych faktur.

Analiza próbek produkcyjnych oraz surowców, kontrola jakości gotowego produktu, praca w laboratorium R&D, monitoring zanieczyszczenia środowiska.
