Job Accountabilities:
1) Initiate and contribute in engineering studies, RCFAs, HiPo, Near Miss etc. in during Subsea Pipeline Operations and Integrity Management activities
2) Participate and contribute in HAZOP, What If, HAZID, LOPA risk assessmentsessions Create and Maintain Upset register for Subsea Pipeline Systems ﴾e.g. Passing Valve Register﴿
3) Initiate & coordinate Subsea Pipeline Operations related MOC's, EQ's Ensure Subsea Pipelines are operated in compliance with relevant BP ETP’s & core Pipeline design standards ﴾ASME B31.4 & B31.8﴿ & PipelineBoD, SOG and SOP's and no deviation fromSafe Operating Envelope covered in SOP's
4) Creation of PM, CO, BR Work Orders via MAXIMO for Subsea Pipeline Equipment such as Valves, Pig Traps, Pipeline and verification of quality of work completed and reporting.
5) Control of Work ﴾ CoW﴿ ‐ ISSOW
6) Pipeline Defect Assessment: Wall Metal Loss due toCorrosion ﴾ ASME B31G﴿, PipeMill anomalies, dents, gouge assessment etc. PDAM
7) Participating in coordination of the daily Subsea Pipelines activities with Assets ﴾Offshore Platforms & Oil & Gas Processing Terminal﴿
8) SPA for Execution of Internal & ExternalInspection of Subsea Pipelines ﴾ ILI, UT, MPIRadiography etc.﴿, and Survey ﴾ ROV GVI & CP System monitoring and data collection﴿ activities as per the Subsea Pipelines Inspection Plan & Strategy to identify possible anomalies and assess these against Fitness‐ for ‐ Service Criteria.
9) SPA for routine pigging activities to mitigate internal corrosion risk & maintain pipeline throughput capacity.
10) Updating Pipeline SOP's (System Operating Procedures) and reviewing relevant P&ID's ( Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
11) Assisting Pipeline SPA's in delivery of annual Functional Delivery Plan
12) Participating in planning of ILI (In-line Inspection) & routine tool runs both Offshore & Onshore / providing ILI contractor with required pipeline design & operations data e.g. pipeline questioners
13) Interpreting ILI results data in link with PDAM for Fits for Service assessment purposes.
14) Participating in Pipeline Commissioning projects.

Job accountabilities:
Operate, monitor and control Oil and Gas process equipment and plant.
Monitor and control all production, utility and fire & gassystems / SIS and maintain records.
Report to CRT’s / Shift Supervisor / Area Authority
Respond to emergencies as required in accordance with Emergency Response Procedures and carry out emergency response duties as per the Site Emergency Plan.
Ensure that all production systems are operated safely, efficiently and with maximum availability.
Preparation and Isolation of plant and equipment for maintenance and reinstatement after maintenance and Pressure and leak testing of plant and equipment
Maintain Valve LO/LC register & updating SOP's
Coaching junior production technicians on Oil and Gas Production competencies.

Experience:
Competent Production Technician/ Performing Authority ﴾PA﴿ in ST ACG Operations / Authorized Gas Tester Level 1 /CoW / ISSOW Experience / Process Isolation for High Pressure and Hazardous & Non ‐ Hazardous Liquid / Gas
