Jr Order to Cash Asset Manager & Project Manager
I am supporting Global O2C Asset Manager with managing global order to cash (O2C) tools for business process outsourcing. I am key point of contact for O2C Assets. Maintain relationships with IBM Third Party providers.
Prepare funding requests subject to successful approval, arranging and providing Sales Demonstrations. Creating and maintaining sales and training collateral. Gathering and analyzing business needs as basis for tools implementation projects. Solution O2C Assets in to current processes.
In addition to the above, I am responsible for delivering business requirement specifications for IT tools support team. Coordinating IT support team in the development of the solution.
Ensuring deliverables are completed per project plan. Cooperating with O2C process SME on integrated testing and UAT. Ensuring on time implementation and the quality of delivered systems.
I also maintain relationships with key delivery personnel using O2C tools as well as with all interested parties in the IT delivery process systems.

Project Manager - IBM Assets Implementation
I am responsible for managing projects - IBM applications implementation - on a day-to-day basis; planning and administration; as well as being the primary source of information for impacted teams.
I provide an executive presence and communication by establishing effective communication.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support client business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Set and continually manage project expectations.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications artifacts. Track and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies for project milestones and deliverables. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
Manage project initiation and submit Change Requests.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, User Acceptance Testing scripts and results, training documentation.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Conduct project post support for application users. Provie post project documentation such as lessons learned, Project Close report.

- Project Management - focusing on the most effective and efficient deployment of BPD tools to IBM’s global clients in the area of OTC
- ensure deliverables are completed per the project plan
- coordinate the validation procedure of the OTC tools standard project model to Delivery requirements
- work with the OTC on boarding leads to fit of requirements and note gaps
- arrange the OTC tools SME for integrated testing and UAT and coordinate “Train to Trainer” training session
- assure proper handover of the process to support organization after project go-live
- ensure deliverables are completed per the project plan
- coordinate the validation procedure of the OTC tools standard project model to Delivery requirements
