Joined HP in August 2004 as Account Support Manager / Business Critical Consultant for the HP Customer Support department - my responsibilities:
- Builds significant long-term relationships with key customer contacts as a trusted advisor (Telco and Financial sector)
- Assesses customer's concerns, and identifies the customer's perceived real and potential issues
- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of customers' industries and core business processes, and their technical and business requirements.
- Management teams of people responsible for contracts
- Complex contract management– negotiation / delivery / SLA`s
