• I’m a part of the team responsible for Risks/Issues/Deliverables Management Processes for all IBM Europe Clients and several of NA as well.
• One of the most important tasks is reading and analyzing contracts signed by IBM with Clients, reviewing all contract amendments and new services requests in order to find potential risks that could have impact on IBM financial condition.
• I’m participating in regular conference calls with high management assigned to all IBM contracts.
• I use to prepare necessary documentation that is being sent to IBM Clients for final sign off.

• I was involved in running accountancy for Benelux (and temporary for Germany) customer Linde Gas together with a team designated for this purpose.
• To my responsibilities belonged book-keeping of invoices, customer service and problem solving.
• I participated in meetings with supervisors in order to discuss about current situation and find new efficient solutions to implement new improvements in a process.

• My duties included archiving of documents, completion of documentation, preparation of protocols. I was also an assistant at the VIP customer service, where one of the main tasks was to prepare proposals for the client.
• The practice allowed me to observe and participate in the internal activity of the bank. In this way I could compare my knowledge gained during the studies in the field of investment advisory services to the various financial products offered by bank.
