Senior Supply Chain Manager
Operational management of the factory . Responsible for Customer Care, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Shipments, Quality, Maitenance, Projects, finance result.
Development of the team.
- building strategy for operation & supply chain,
- development of the subordinate team,
- responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of the production planning, material planning, procurement, inventory and shipping activities,
- analysis and optimize operation and local supply chain,
- optimize production planning systems, procedures and tools to support all plants/sites business including meeting customer delivery requirement and inventory optimization,
- optimization of inventory level (components, consumable material, semi-finish goods, finish goods and E&O),
- deployment of stock cycle counting and support periodic counting,
- participation in optimization projects at the STARCO group level,

- supplier selection (sourcing decision)

Project Manager
Managing the projects base on Prince and AGILE method.
- Define objectives and means of project in terms of time, cost and quality, in close relationship with the customer
- Gather input data at the beginning and throughout the project to the client and / or commercial service
- Form and lead the multidisciplinary team project (Methods Product / Process / Testing, Purchase, appros, Quality Operations, ADV, Planning ...)
- Defining and planning responsibilities
- Define and follow the schedule, project milestones, the combos and critical path
- Establish indicators for monitoring project
- Establish and monitor the budget for the project (resources, equipment, ...) taking into account the specifications prepared
- Reflect collaboration with Engineers Business Officers additional costs in connection with the phase of the project (tools, approvals, ...)
- Establish balance and reserves for the balance of project
- Collect and disseminate information needed to advance the project
- Provide regular reporting of project progress to the client, the various contributors, the program managers, at the Commercial Division
- Identify deviations and determine plans of corrective actions of any differences
- Closing the project according to the criteria and establish the balance sheet, technical and logistical
