Responsibilities:
* Successfully negotiated development strategy of Wola Park with the key public stakeholders.

* Managed procurement process, conducting pre-bid meetings, bid-packages preparations, tender negotiations,
administration of costs during construction works.
* Established and developed key executive clients and joint-venture partners’ relationships with focus on budgets, time-
frames and development strategy.
* Responsible for obtaining of building permits, as well as preparation and transfer of complete documentation package due
for acquisition of Wola Park by IKEA.

* Office Building Skylight at Złote Tarasy in Warsaw.
* Residential building Aquarella in Konstancin.

Responsibilities:
* Prepared technical due diligence and financial feasibility study for potential acquisition of large scale retail and mix-use
projects.
* Conducted the commercialization of the Skylight office tower at the budget 6 M€ and GLA 12 000 sqm. Coordinated
team of external consultants on site, negotiated budgets, time-frames and fit out standards with clients. Performed cost
and quality management throughout the project.
* Supervised the design for residential building Aquarella including obtaining building permits, conducted tender process
leading up to appointment of the general contractor. Project with the budget of 6 M€ and PUM of 5 000 sqm.

Projects:
* Dell Manufacturing Plant and Office Building, roads and infrastructure.
* Dell Logistic Building.
* Dell Office in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for delivery of the Dell Computers Manufacturing Plant and Office Building with total size of 50 000 sqm and the budget of 150 M€. Project completed on time and within the budget. Responsibilities included coordination of multinational crew and contractors, in-house engineering departments and external consultants. Provided board with presentations and progress reporting, cooperated with local government authorities regarding land purchase and building permits. Managed timely delivery of production machinery and equipment to the site; supervised execution of interfaces between production lines and HVAC installations.
* Supervised construction of roads and technical infrastructure around Dell Plant at the budget of 15 M€.
* Coordinated design, internal requirements and tender procedures and obtaining of building permits for construction of the Dell Logistic Center at the size of 50 000 sqm. and the budget of 25 M€.
* Managed relocation of the Dell office in Warsaw (refurbishment and fit out works) at the budget of 4M€ and the size of 4 000 sqm.

Projects delivered as Project Manager:
* Makro Cash and Carry in Olsztyn and Kalisz.
* Shopping Mall M1 in Łódź.
* DIY Praktiker in Łódź.

Responsibilities:
* Supervised all aspects of site development and construction including due diligence and technical verification of site conditions. Managed capital investment projects of the total size over 100 000 sqm and with the budget exceeding 50 M€. Responsibilities included: negotiations with local authorities regarding acquiring building permits, scheduling, supervision of project developments on site including coordination of external consultants, negotiations of fit out standards with tenants, reporting to the stakeholders.

Projects as Head of Tender and Procurement Department:
* Media Markt in Warszawa, Kielce, Olsztyn, Opole; Makro Cash & Carry in Rzeszów and Zabrze.
* Real and Praktiker in Gdańsk, Deichman/Komfort in Legnica .

Responsibilities:
* Managed procurement process for large and complex projects of total size over 100 000 sqm and with the budget over 70 M€. Tasks included budget planning, project scheduling, conducting pre-bid meetings, bid-packages preparations, tender negotiations, administration of costs during construction works and cooperation with internal legal, leasing and architectural departments.
