My main tasks are:
* working with hiring managers on role clarification for assigned hiring needs,
* coordinating and conducting phone screens and interviews with candidates,
* identifying passive talent using the latest sourcing techniques and skills,
* creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling, networking and data,
* building relationships with potential candidates to establish their interest in our roles and company,
* assisting with company marketing and employment branding both online, through various social media channels and at local and regional events

Traveling in Asia
Sabbatical
During 5 months of travel, I explored 6 countries: China, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Laos and Vietnam.

I was responsible for photoreports (e.g. series of portraits "The Face of India"), writing articles and logistic planning of the travel.

It was an extremely educational and culturally enriching experience.

Junior Talent Research Analyst
I am responsible for candidate sourcing and market research in support of global Experienced Professionals recruiting programs.
* Identifying passive talent using internal and external databases, Internet searching and other tools
* Performing initial candidate screening and reach out
* Conducting market mapping to help analyze talent landscapes
* Developing wide breadth of industry (especially Advanced Analytics and Digital) knowledge to support research in a variety of practice areas
* Utilizing Salesforce to maintain and update candidate records, ensuring quality and accuracy of data
* Pulling out reports and views to understand and address data in Salesforce
* Synthesizing data to identify themes and trends in talent and communicate through memos, spreadsheets and data-driven charts (using Excel, Alteryx, PowerPoint)
* Developing and presenting alternative sourcing strategies to recruiters and hiring managers, based on data analysis and perceptions

Additional activity:
* Introducing and coaching younger colleagues to the role during their onboarding processes
* Forming part of Hub's Event Team - organizing team meetings, charity initiatives (e.g. "Szlachetna Paczka"), team outings (for over 100 people)
