Recruitment on behalf of General Electric France via Alexander Mann Solutions, the selected RPO provider.

Responsible for the roles within GE Healthcare in France.
Delivery of good-quality candidates to the Client - defining sourcing strategies, proactive talent acquisition and candidate screening.

Responsible for the sales result of the whole french team:
° Coaching and mentoring, developing team members.
° Keeping the engagement and motivation and morale of the team.
° Looking for the improvements.
° Generate & compile performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis and
provide the same to the assistant manager.
° Ensure all monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are achieved by each
Team member.
° Ensure all Team members are given full support on a daily basis.
° Responsible for Customer Satisfaction (Chat & Voice)

Responsible for qualifying and helping to resolve the escalations related
to following issues: customer objections, delivery problems, double
billing, payouts, vendors complaints, issues with suppliers, most accurate
operations on GDS Amadeus (changing, splitting, creating PNR &
canceling,...). Dealing with stressful situations and find quickly solution for resolve any problems or complaints from the customer.

- Responsible for handling calls and emails from customers,
providing customer pre and post-sales support and service.
- Ensure to provide customer satisfaction by helping them plan & book
their travel arrangements and also by helping them resolve their issues in
a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer care, prompt
issue resolution, and cost effectiveness.
- Group leader during couple of months, sharing my knowledge with new agents and helping them.

I played for Garbarnia Krakow during 3 years.
For 2 seasons and a half in the 3rd League of Poland and after we won the league in 2010-11, I played 6 months in the 2nd League of Poland.
I had to stop playing in high level because of my professional carrier.
