• HR responsibilities: staff recruitment, managers support with regards to the staff planning, training, motivation and efficiency, HR documentation development (administrative policy, compensation policy and operational procedures). Liaising with HR consulting agencies
• Setting operational processes and policies as well as enforcing information flow among the management and the employees; coordinating all administrative operations regarding staff
• Ensuring the effective execution of existing contracts and company productivity by properly evaluating, planning, delivering and improving HR practices as well as administrative operations
• Working with budget plans (12-16 Mio PLN annual turnover) and report to the CEO in the USA (headquarters)
