Guest Service Agent in this premier hotel, responsible for Front Office (check-in/-out, concierge, customer care) and Back Office activities (billing, bookings)

- Coordinating the realisation of the projects: "Olio Capitale 2008";"Trieste Espresso Expo 2008"; "Olio Capitale 2009", GAME!(ongoing)
- Creating database of exhibitors, visitors, and media partners; filing data;searching for new contacts and partners;
- Maintaining the relationships with potential visitors, partners and international media;
- Promoting the event in Italian and in international press and media;
- Translating documents, publications and marketing materials (Polish-English; English-Polish; Polish-French; French-Polish; Polish-Italian; Italian-Polish);
- Responsible for quality of translations

- Coordinating the realisation of the conference project;
- Coordinating the security plan during the days of the conference and main formal events;
- Maintaining the relationships with guests and speakers;
- Recruiting and qualifying the staff of the Conference;
- Responsible for maintaining the relationships with sponsors, partners and media;
- Responsible for the organisation of formal events: multimedia concert, formal lunch and cocktail party during the days of the Conference.

- Responsible for quality of translations
