Responsibilities:
Managing 3 out of 5 Avon categories (including most important- Fragrance) (65 % of total Avon business (over 1000 SKUs, 26 brands)
Managing categories in the whole CE region = 18 counties
Leading team of 10 ( category managers + brand managers + store managers)
Annual marketing strategy & annual and quarterly plans for categories & respective brands for key markets ( CE, PL, RO)
Assuring innovation pipeline for categories in CE region
Building positioning of brands and novelties in CE region
Price and Promo strategy + effective portfolio management
Preparing 360 support
P&L management of categories in CE region
