Handle enquiries from students, visitors from outside Turkey.
Deal with enquiries from university staff regarding
international students process and evaluate applications from
potential students and exchange students.
Organise orientation days for new international students,
facilitate the arrival of new students .
Organise events for international students.
Assist with visa enquiries, such as extensions or deadlines.
Coordinating exchange programs with countries across the
world.
Promote the university by visiting other countries. Create
promotional material for use in other countries.
 Attend international exhibitions and meetings as a university
representative.

Assist the Events Manager in planning and organizing various events, promotions.
Booking locations, halls and equipment.
Attend events organized by hotel.
Involved in the total event lifecycle from the bid process through to the detail of the delivery of the event, including liaising with third parties.
Assisting and completing any other tasks required by the CEO and other Managers.
Supervises all aspects of event preparation and implementation of the Hilton Grosvenor including, but not limited to, event agenda, venue selection, organization of activities with local arts organizations, and marketing
interacts closely with the various boards, committees, departments.
