Audit experience: Auditing financial statements and providing business advisory services to companies from a variety of business sectors, especially: FMCG (British American Tobacco, Reckitt Benckiser, Drosed ), hospitality and leisure (Orbis, LIM j.v.) ,construction (Exbud Skanska, Mostostal Export) and retail.

Experience relating to the financial statements (stand alone and consolidated) prepared in accordance with Polish GAAP, IFRS, UK, German and US GAAP.

Project management including proposal process, negotiation, preparation and control of budgets, constant cooperation with clients; Supervision and management work of several audit teams (up to 15 people);

Internal controls examination and preparation of business reports for management presenting recommendations for improving operating controls and / or efficiency of operations;

Advising companies on complex tax issues ;
Managing due diligence reviews for foreign investors.
