Creating and managing RMRs, NPIR, Suppliers Documents in Lotus Notes
Cooperating with Purchasing Teams, Buyers, Product Managers, Account Payable Department, External Suppliers

Timely processing incoming purchasing requisition
Checking the purchase orders against purchase order agreements
Cooperating with external vendors from: Germany, France, Great Britain, Italy, Austria, Benelux countries, Sweden, Poland as well as transportation companies to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of goods
Responding to customer service product inquiries
Creating Goods Receipt in timely manner allowing invoicing to final customer
Close working with Customer Services Teams located in EMEA Region, Direct Procurement Department, Contract Team, Account Payable Department
Creating outbound deliveries for 3rd party warehouses
Handling complaints and return shipments

Support in building new HR Shared Services
