Responsibilities:
■ management of the project group
■ local and international cooperation (German customer)
■ responsibility for timeliness of the project
■ preparing shipments of products to the customer
■ coordination and supervision of project implementation activities at each stage of production
■ direct cooperation with the production team and R&D department,
■ ensure efficient and correct order execution
■ preparing quotes for new projects and monitoring the budget of the existing project
■ responsibility for managing, planning, organizing, implementing and delivery of an international project and supervision of new products
■ propose alternative technical solutions
■ preparation of prototype cards and implementation of the supply control cycle cards
■ coordinate tasks on MS Project and Stage Gate
■ work in PLM and CorelDraw
■ preparation and modification of measurement plans
■ preparation of product specifications for new products and modification of existing ones
■ documentation and organization of project reviews
■ ordering components

Responsibilities:
■ verification of technical offers
■ contact with suppliers
■ responsibility for the orders
■ preparation and supervision of technical documentations (product specifications, model cards for a glass project, measurement plans, supply control cycle cards, inquiery)
■ verification conformity of the product with the customer requirements
■ supervision of the investment implementation and its documentation
■ creation and modification trademarks
■ implementation of the guide for new employees in the company as my own project

Responsibilities:
■ taking care of standard product placement according to Unilever requirements
■ daily filling reports and sending to the central office
■ conducting training for new employees
