Manage business partnering, learning & development, recruitment, motivational and talent tools for more than 7 000 employees
Maintain computer records, including recruitment files and tests, general files and other information on sick leave, payroll, vacation pay, attendance cards, and hourly time records; maintain confidential employee information and records.
Identified and interviewed applicants to determine “best fit” candidates. Analyzed and assessed individuals’ strengths, knowledge, skills and abilities and where they would be effectively utilized.
Worked closely with departments to build relationships and understand department wants/needs.
Organized and hosted job fairs, as well as being involved with special projects. Build and implement leadership competency frameworks and models
