Customer Service Business Analyst
- support the Customer Service Delivery Manager in ensuring delivery of change management programms that impact Customer Service Center within their remit
- completion of the BRTs (Business Review Templates)
- implementation of changes to staff working procedures that are required as a result of process gaps, including communication management/messaging to staff on changes
- provision of support to the role mapping across the Customer Service Center organisation
