- Helping in structuring the non-standard, complex deals to minimize revenue deferrals
- Responsible and accountable for providing revenue recognition guidance and revenue assessment indication right timing and value of the revenue to be recognized in relation to deals, Programs and contracts
- Working with legal on contractual wording to minimize risk exposure, responsible and accountable for contract approval
- Final escalation point for revenue determination resolving complex problems and differences of interpretation when applying US GAAP
- Assist external and internal auditors and SOX personnel with technical revenue recognition issues

- effective set up of the Shared Service Centre Business Analyst team;
- agreeing scope of work & SLAs with clients;
- ongoing team performance management to ensure the effective operation of business processes and adherence to pre-defined SLAs;
- ensuring the provision of good quality service to Country F&A managers & Commercial Managers;
- compliance to audit and regulatory requirements (US GAAP);
- monitoring and reporting on team performance (KPIs);
- implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.

- migration of EMEA business analyst activity into the SSC and management of relevant finance projects;
- verification and updating existing policies and procedures to ensure they remain up to date and relevant;
- adherence to financial reporting standards (US GAAP) and other regulatory requirements e.g. SOX;
- compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with local country and EHQ;
- continuous improvement and streamlining of processes to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.

- reviewing deal/contract structure and identifying associated risks;
- verification of pricing consistency;
- adherence to financial reporting standards (US GAAP) and other regulatory requirements e.g. SOx;
- ensuring that company revenue is recognized properly – revenue compliance & reporting;
- providing financial guidelines for sales team & continuous networking with them;
- preparing loan reporting to identify loan ageing and take appropriate actions.
