Acting as the first point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit (ex. Engineering Centers, R&D, Sales, Customer Care)
Designing succession plans for key talents and key job positions
Supporting, developing and coaching people managers to manage employee relations issues
Identifying business needs for learning and development, designing development plans
Recruitment, selection & hire process (resource planning, contact with external providers, managing recruitment campaigns across all organizational levels, conducting trainings for new hires, etc.)
