Providing financial controlling & support for the business in Poland and the Baltic States in the areas of Sales & Marketing.

Main responsibilities:

- Support Sales & Mktg depts in day-to-day business as well as during GPS processes & Rolling Forecasts;
- Brand / Customer / Channel profitability analyses;
- Financial evaluation & reco for new projects;
- Post-mortem analysis of promotions, new projects;
- Control Trade Terms (contract & promo) and cost budgets (eg. marketing spends, sales force costs, sales OVHs);
- Adhoc business analyses & projects;
- Develop & improve financial processes & tools within the function (essbase, reporting);
- Manage a team of 6 direct reports (3 financial controllers, 2 financial analysts & intern).

Main responsibilities:

- Monitoring of the company's YtD results and for the reliability of forecast of the company's YtG performance;
- Monitoring of the company performance (P&L, B/S);
- Leadership of budgeting & estimation processes;
- Coordination of the month-end closing process;
- Financial reporting to internal & external partners (monthly, quaterly, bi-annual, annual);
- Adhoc business projects & analyses;
- Improvement of financial processes & tools within the function;
- Detailed monitoring/controlling of Head Office, R&D costs & OIE.

Projects:
Developing of financial tool (Essbase) for P&L analyses & Head Office costs management.
Reactivation of GPS process.

- Management of Controlling tasks in the Zone: Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Nordics, Hungary, Czech Rep. & Slovakia;
- Monitoring of the financial company performance (P&L, B/S, CF);
- Management of financial reporting & planning processes of CE Zone (monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting);
- Cooperation with CE Zone Finance Director, the Group Danone team & the regional teams;
- Financial support for the CE Zone Board of Directors;
- Improvement of financial processes & tools within the function (Essbase implementation in the CBUs);
- Ad-hoc management reports, analyses & presentations;
- In the meantime: Headoffice & R&D controller, Marketing Controller for Danone Poland, Financial Support for Danone Swden & Finland.

Projects:
Creating the finance structure (planning & reporting processes) of CE Zone (IS tools, reporting processes – dynamic conso tool-kits and other reports for the CE Zone Board of Directors); creating Essbase warehouses for Danone Romania, Bulgaria & Greece, Hungary, Czech Rep. & Slovakia, Nordics.
