Single Point Of Contact for North America - Customer Relation Centre Specialist
• Customer Relations process leading and maintenance: Respond to Internal and External Customer queries and needs, regular performance reviews with the customer, periodic account reviews with Operations to proactively identify potential issues, coordinator’s role in front of other involved FSSC Teams
• Queries and issues management: Co-ordinate and resolve queries, monitoring timely query resolution, documenting each customer interaction in a designated database to allow issue tracking and process improvement, ability to follow up on complex issues resolution based on end-to-end process knowledge
• Escalation process management: Provide framework for issue escalation for market and vendors
• Process documentation leading, training material, user guides and Frequently Asked Questions, change management process leading, projects and initiatives leading
