- Membership in Project Teams

- Participating in technical and design project reviews

Main activities:
- Checks the supplier general abilities (machines, tools) to produce the components required
- Co-operates with projects and family buyers in new one, transfer and modification of components and processes
- Definition of quality requirements for new one, transfer and modification of components
- Verification and approval Quality Assurance File
- Verification and approval supplier’s processes base on performed process audit results with control for the capacity of the suppliers
- Verification and acceptance components according Valeo base on Initial Sample supplier presentation
- Co-operation with Project Platform during definition of technical specification
- Draws-up and up-dates incoming inspection instructions in co-operation with R&D project engineer
- Follows-up suppliers corrective actions from process audits to meet quality targets
- Cooperate with project platform engineers during the project validation
