Configuration Management Project for +250 FTE: identifying, organizing and controlling modifications to the work products being developed in organization.

Business Continuity Management Plan for +400 FTE: defining the objectives, strategies and framework to ensure the continuity of business operations and availability of critical resources in the event of a disaster.

Knowledge Management Project (participating): optimizing the effective use of knowledge assets.

Member of Environmental, Health and Safety Committee for Lodz DC.

In October and November 2013 participated and supervised P2P process migration from Warsaw to Pune, India for AkzoNobel.

In November participated and supervised one month Knowledge Transition from London to Lodz Delivery Center for Rio Tinto.

Growing into an expert in Expense Management Process. Key responsibilities covering: monitor credit card data load in accounting systems (SAP and Spendvision), perform audits of cardholder’s expenses, reconcile & monitor expense accounts, manage complex Expense Management reporting, high end customer service, carry out trainings for new members of the team, constant improving of the process. After Go-Live phase obtained special recognition from both Infosys and Rio Tinto Management for personal engagement in project and outstanding performance. Awarded Team of the Month prize, nominated by manager in customer delight category. All SLA’s for Expense Management SLC process are met which makes the project great success with Client appreciation at the highest level

Expense Management Senior Process Executive.
Participation in Expense Management transition from Salt Lake City. Spent 8 weeks at Client premises taking over the knowledge on process and building together with Client standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities during training included knowledge transfer, preparation of working instruction and testing new tools used in the process. Knowledge transfer accomplished with exceptionally good result from certification and 100% activities migrated on time.

Involvement in accounting projects within Infosys BPO. Coordinating Accounts Payable processes after the transition to India (Philips). Assistance in EAP (Enhance Accounting Program/ Philips) by creating database obtained from SAP. Support in Tax Recovery program (Rio Tinto).

• February 2010 – May 2010
WAVE4 trainer responsible for transferring knowledge covering wide aspects of Accounts Payable posting area of finance and accounting. Carrying out workshops concerning SAP system, Inter Company Accounting reconciliation, AP Posting process, reporting, ECC Tool and VMD Tool for large groups of trainees including Deputy Team Leaders. Transferring site specifics from various company codes. Implementation and documentation of training process. Coordination and execution of knowledge transfer during WAVE4 for given training groups. Contact person between Lodz and Pune offices during final stage of WAVE4.

• December 2009 – February 2010
Exercises preparation for Pune, India (WAVE4) for wide AP operational processes. Taking over knowledge concerning site specifics.

• February 2008 – December 2009
Working in posting team as an AP Accounting Associate. Responsible for co-operating with clients from Netherlands, posting of financial documents on accounts payable site (Philips vendors as well as third vendors), Inter Company Accounting reconciliation, preparing daily and monthly reports. During two years in AP department I have been working in seven company codes from which 4 were held by me. Company codes I have served were in different SAP kernels: MBP, SPC, MP1 and CEP.
