Responsible for:
- Coordination of Research & Development projects according to PRINCE2 methodology
- Providing projects schedule (deadlines, milestones, deliveries) using MS Project
- Organizing and leading the project team, change management
- Managing relationship with all project stakeholders
- Coordination of projects co-financed by the National Centre for Research and Development within the Applied Research Program in consortium with AGH University of Science and Silesian University of Science
- Coordination of investment projects on construction of the power units at Opole and Kozienice Power Plants in a scope of delivery of FAMUR Group (design stage)
- Participating in forming the Consortium “Robotics in Mining” as a representative of FAMUR Group, submission of a joint proposal in Horizon 2020 Call ICT-24-2015 to the European Commission, taking part in workshops and conferences regarding euRobotics

Responsible for managing sales contracts, including:
- preparation of the tender documentation, commercial offers and calculations
- participating in negotiations, keeping good relations with foreign customers
- representing the company on international and domestic industry trade shows
- preparation of shipping documents, organization of goods transport including customs clearance procedure
- translating technical documents, contracts, offers and advertising materials into English
- role of a Project Manager for significant contracts for delivery of machines and equipment
- document management in IBM Lotus Notes CRM system and ERP class system Impuls EVO
Experience in work for customers from countries like Indonesia, Vietnam, South Africa, Turkey, Spain, Romania, Saudi Arabia.
