Assessment of new recruitment initiatives and projects engaged by competitors and other key growth organizations. Building new programs from scoping to completion.

Managing high volume and strategic recruitment projects across EMEA for Hewlett-Packard in cooperation with local teams and recruiters. Interfacing client; maintaining agreed SLAs and KPIs; managing workload and performance of assigned resources; reporting.
Experienced in managing team of recruiters locally and also virtual teams in different locations across Europe(recruitment, training, managing operations)
