Admit patients onto PIMS system & update any new / changed patient details
Printing & collating of paperwork for next days admissions
Dealing with theatre requests from the consultants
Dealing with booking forms from the secretaries; putting them onto PIMS System
Retrieve & prepare patient notes
Process paperwork for patient bookings and send the relevant information to patients before admission
To liaise with sponsoring bodies, including Embassies, regarding patient sponsorship
Deal with general telephone enquiries from patients,consultants.secretaries, insurance companies ie AXA, BUPA, Vitality, CIGNA
To be responsible for the replenishing of office supplies 
Liaise with patients, consultants, third parties,insurance companies and the general public on all aspects of admission (out-patients, in-patients and long stays patients) 
To check credit and medical insurance cover 
Maintain accurate and up to date information on the databases on PIMS 
Answer telephone and written enquiries
Manage admissions - admit patients, deal with deposits/medical insurance, arranging ambulance for medical patients
Dealing with patients by updating registrations forms and data protections;admiting patients to their rooms;collecting payments via phone or at the from of the receptions

Apart from the admin duties I have a deep interest in many fields of art ie: literature, theatre, film, music. From outdoors activities, I prefer playing tennis and enjoy hiking. I also have a great passion for visiting art galleries, museums ,cinema and theatre. My favourite performances I had an opportunity to see in Barbican Theatre.
