- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely required summaries

FP&A team is responsible for analysis of financial reports, trends, risks and opportunities. Gathers, interprets, and evaluates financial information, including past financial data and short- to long-term financial forecasts. Supports business or operations functions and may analyze data at country, business unit, or product levels.
Right now leading two teams: Project Accounting for EA region and FP&A for EA.

Participating in organization-wide financial, compliance, operational, and strategic risk assessments based on the Enterprise Risk Model and facilitating change and process improvement by offering value-added recommendations. Contributing to business-critical consulting projects sponsored by senior leadership utilizing various analytical and improvement techniques.
