CPI Specialist OtC - VBA Developer
- developing new or redesigning existing applications using VBA programming, MS Excel and SAP Scripting,
- writing and maintaining technical documentation to retain the knowledge,
- proactively reporting on project execution to Operations Support Lead to effectively identify risks, issues and dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle,
- providing regular support to end users, answering questions and resolving issues,
- conducting business process analysis along with data collection through internal workshops and calls with internal/external stakeholders,
- introducing MS Access in OtC Department: transferring large amounts of data from MS Excel to MS Access to manage it more efficiently,
- supporting existing applications in PtP and RtR streams,
- constantly challenging the status quo and looking for new solutions to expand the knowledge and improvement possibilities in regards to processes and systems,
- applying Lean, Six Sigma tools and functional knowledge to improve and standardize the processes, share best practices while continuously maintain good and effective communication with the stakeholders,
- proactively driving CPI culture by organizing CPI meetings, workshops and trainings to build CPI mind set, developing people CPI capabilities and enhancing collaboration between Support Team and Operations.

Senior OtC Administrator with French - 50% time of job
The same duties as listed on the Junior OtC Administrator position as well as additional tasks and responsibilities:
- performing control of the team's work using MS Excel (pivot tables, 'if' statements, index/match, vlookups etc.),
- supporting internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested.

Cash Application process:
- participating in transition activities,
- performing analysis of data delivered by customers (in MS Excel),

- maintaining integrity of customer ledger for both credit notes and customer payments,
- sales invoice processing,
- supporting Customer Billing processes.
