- developing new or redesigning existing applications using VBA programming, MS Excel and SAP Scripting,
- writing and maintaining technical documentation to retain the knowledge,
- proactively reporting on project execution to Operations Support Lead to effectively identify risks, issues and dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle,
- providing regular support to end users, answering questions and resolving issues,
- conducting business process analysis along with data collection through internal workshops and calls with internal/external stakeholders,
- introducing MS Access in OtC Department: transferring large amounts of data from MS Excel to MS Access to manage it more efficiently,
- supporting existing applications in PtP and RtR streams,
- constantly challenging the status quo and looking for new solutions to expand the knowledge and improvement possibilities in regards to processes and systems,
- applying Lean, Six Sigma tools and functional knowledge to improve and standardize the processes, share best practices while continuously maintain good and effective communication with the stakeholders,
- proactively driving CPI culture by organizing CPI meetings, workshops and trainings to build CPI mind set, developing people CPI capabilities and enhancing collaboration between Support Team and Operations.

The same duties as listed on the Junior OtC Administrator position as well as additional tasks and responsibilities:
- performing control of the team's work using MS Excel (pivot tables, 'if' statements, index/match, vlookups etc.),
- supporting internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested.

Cash Application process:
- participating in transition activities,
- performing analysis of data delivered by customers (in MS Excel),
- AR reporting (mainly preparing reports for GL team),
- performing frequent AR reconciliations,
- managing electronic payments process,
- maintaining integrity of customer ledger for both credit notes and customer payments,
- sales invoice processing,
- supporting Customer Billing processes.

Other:
- simplifying and automating reports and controls using VBA programming and MS Excel for the French team,
- searching for improvement opportunities in Cash Application and Billing processes in the French team, creating and developing macros and Excel tools and their introducing,
- participating in Yellow Belt Project: improving booking process, reducing KPI, reducing non-allocated amount of money on suspense account.

- preparing reports based on delivered data in MS Excel,
- verification of incoming data,
- solving problems and complex cases in MS Excel,
- supporting other teams and departments in daily activities and projects.

- preparation of complex reports and performing analysis of HR related data in MS Excel,
- handling complex employee and line management HR queries ensuring timely, accurate and value added responses,
- maintaining the payroll and non-payroll related data in SAP/ R3HR system,
- supporting HR Department in daily activities and projects.

- timely and accurate processing of administrative and accounting transactions,
- creating and complementing the databases in MS Excel,
- supporting AP department in the daily activities.

- preparation of credit applications,
- handling queries on a daily basis generated by consumers,
- complying with internal procedures and rules of control,
- preparing and analyzing different reports,
- training newly hired employees.
