In my current role, I support the administration of multiple projects related to a migration of payments to a new platform. I am responsible for the maintenance of these projects in Clarity at various levels. This means liaising with Project Managers on daily basis, holding meetings and delivering minutes from them. A vast majority of my tasks are ad-hoc and with tight deadlines as the project environment tends to change at a fast pace.

As HSBCnet Operations Specialist I was responsible for the implementation of the HSBCnet solution for corporate customers. The job involved working on multiple systems, coordinating work activities between various entities, making the required set ups in the HSBCnet system as well as liaising with the customers in order to assist them with the necessary documentation. I actively participated in the migration of the process from France to Poland, being part of the team responsible for the migration of the process.

In this role I supported an internal HSBC department (HR). The work involved processing high volumes of requests within tight deadlines. I played the role of a subject matter expert in the team, being part of the initial team who migrated the knowledge from France to Poland in order to then transfer it onto the rest of the team, solve any potential issues related to the procedures that had only just been created.

I translated texts from all of the company's specialist sectors into English and French in order to produce well-written, accurate and grammatically correct documents for internal and external customers. The role also involved proofreading marketing material to ensure they are linguistically correct and in line with the company’s corporate identity, supervision of the company’s portal, supervision of language trainings. My contract with Comarch SA was terminated due to the reorganization of the Central Marketing department, since which my position no longer exists at the company.

I was responsible for interpreting during various types of appointments (at the Immigration Advisory Service, Job Centre Plus, health centers, prisons, hospitals), translating numerous types of documents (including certificates, identity cards, newspaper articles, booklets and leaflets).
