Talent Acqusition and Recruitment Lead

In Westwing organization I was responsible for:
• Leading recruitment and talent acquisition processes for organization,
• Creation of human resources strategy and reporting progress in recruitment processes.
• Cooperation with hiring managers and identify current and future hiring needs,
• Development and implementation of the employer's branding strategy,
• Diagnosis and verification of candidates' competences (base on behavioral interviews and STAR model), standarization of recruitment process, creation of education materials.
• Reporting progress in recruitment processes, personal advice for managers, cooperation with achieved companies.

Permanent Placement Consultant
Trenkwalder is one of leaders in the field of personnel consulting, specializing in permanent recruitment projects (search&selection, executive search projects), temporary recruitment projects, processes outsourcing and other HR services for business. Trenkwalder Poland is a part of Trenkwalder Group, leading HR service provider in Central and Eastern Europe with more than 200 service locations in 17 countries.
Main duties as Permanent Placement Consultant:
• Conducting recruitment and selection processes for highly specialized & midle managerial positions for various sectors f.e. production, industrials and agriculture,
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates by using direct search and search & selection method,
• Managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client,
• Preparing candidate reports for the clients, based on interviews with candidates,
• Managing contacts with candidates and clients,
• Maintaining effective business relationship with business partners and candidatess.

Recruitment Consultant
• Working with clients from various industries (e.g. engineering, production (robotics and automations), wind energy) and cooperation with hiring managers of Mondi company, identifying their recruitment needs (recruitment processes to the internal structures of the company),
• Implementation of recruitment processes for middle and higher level manager and specialist positions,
• Responsibility for the overall conduct of the recruitment projects e.g. direct search, executive search, networking and selection of potential candidates,
• Interviews with candidates, checking references, presentation candidates for the clients,
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates,
• Continuous improvement of the methods of recruitment.
• Implementation of recruitment processes for middle and higher level manager and specialist positions,
• Responsibility for the overall conduct of the recruitment projects e.g. direct search, executive search, networking and selection of potential candidates,
• Interviews with candidates, checking references, presentation candidates for the clients,
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates,
• Continuous improvement of the methods of recruitment.
Recruitment Specialist
• Recruitment process organisation (permanent and temporary) for specialist of middle and top level management positions - mainly for engineering, production, sales along with marketing and customer service: establishing of candidates profiles, advertisement placement, application screening, leading interviews, verification of the competence of candidates (specialized tests, checking references), case study and manual tests with candidates, report writing and presenting candidates to clients,
• Effective coordination and implementation of projects in the field of recruitment for mass production positions and storage lower and medium level positions (subordinate co-workers team management, a group of about 10 recruiters), implementation of the project in accordance with the general recruitment framework, reporting, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, analysis of the key indicators of the effectiveness of actions and optimization solutions,
• Coordinating the employment process of temporary workers and administrative work (payroll employees permanent, temporary and contractors employees of the company, preparation of periodic statistics, reports, summaries for internal business purposes and for external customers),
• Creating and implementing new work tools standardizing the recruitment processes (e.g. job interview questionnaires, competence profiles, qualification tests),
• Maintaining long-term relationships with individual and company’s business clients,pro-sales activities, updating the company databases,
• Performing biographical and Target Selection Interviews, as well as manual and language tests, to pro-actively select qualified candidates,
• Conducting induction trainings for newly employed and/or junior-level recruiters (organization of work exchanges, cooperation with the other work offices, voluntary services, monitoring the quality of team's work, etc.).
