Recruiter IT / Internal Trainer
As a member of a special team, I need to adjust to given recruitment priorities every week for certain location, I need to understand hiring managers' requirements and find great candidates who meet them.
My role as a Recruiter involves:
- recruiting IT specialists and handling recruitment processes in terms of other vacancies for Poland and occasionally for other locations,
- direct searching, evaluating application documents, extensive interviewing, assessing candidates and negotiating employment offers,
- building long term relationships with candidates and keeping in touch when they join as employees,
- liaising with agencies, search Job Boards and LinkedIn to find suitable candidates.
My role as an Internal Trainer involves:
- conducting online / face-to-face trainings in area of soft skills (ex. stress management, communication, self-development, motivation),
- preparing training materials such as: presentations, training materials, exercises, notes for participants etc.,
- communication / meetings with HR departments, training department and resource managers in terms of training needs.

As a Recruitment Lead, I am supporting the HR team in bringing in high caliber talents for various types and levels of roles within Artificial Solutions. I am involved in the full recruitment process and liaising with candidates, recruitment agencies, hiring managers and peers to follow up recruitment processes to completion.
My activities include, but are not limited to:
• Working with the HR team to develop appropriate sourcing/recruitment strategies for particular roles
• Handling and coordinating of all recruitment processes for internal structures of the company worldwide
• Attracting top talent candidates by publishing prepared job advertisements on job sites, social media, groups, universities career sites, etc., also by headhunting and direct search methods
• Conducting screening and in-depth interviews with potential candidates (Skype and face-to-face)
• Organizing interviews with the hiring managers and other appropriate colleagues (Skype and face-to-face)
• Conducting check of references
• Coordinating the hiring process for new employees and preparing onboarding plans
• Preparing and presenting recruitment reports to all relevant parties
• Using and maintaining recruitment systems deployed to support the recruitment process ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date
• Undertaking any other ad-hoc HR projects

Complex managing of recruitment projects for various positions in the area of commercial finance including BPO/SSC: accounting, financial analysis, taxes, controlling, auditing and in the area of financial institutions and accounting/financial centers.
Participation in meetings with hiring companies as candidate's market expert. Taking a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements by attracting (preparing job descriptions and posting job ads, building employer's brand), sourcing (direct search, search & selection) and screening applicants, conducting face-to-face interviews (competency based).
Building long-term relationship with Candidates (direct search, networking, attending professional conferences).
Acting as Project Manager for global Client (IT solutions Company) - participation in meetings/calls with Company's representatives, building long term relationship with Hiring Managers, managing and coordinating all recruitment projects in Poland, controlling over realization on Randstad and Client's side (controlling over KPI/SLA, communication, reporting activities), candidates onboarding and administration.

Leading end-to-end recruitment process for University's applicants from around the world, including advising on educational programs, building long term relationships with applicants and students, collection and analysis of applicant's documents, managing candidates and students database, managing onboarding process for admitted students.
