As a part of A Way Out team I am responsible for recruiting, training and managing volunteers – matching them with the specific volunteering role best for them. I make sure they are fully equipped for the task and that they have the best experience in volunteering with our organisation. One of my responsibilities is to develope links with local schools, Universities, churches, charities is an important part of my role. I am also a part of the fundraising team in the organisation.

It was always my passion to support the most vulnerable and at risk people in the community. I love working with people, motivating them and helping them to fulfil their potential. Knowing that our volunteers are making such a difference, and are bringing hope, love and freedom is the most rewarding thing ever and I am happy to be a part of an organisation that believes that every person has the right to live healthy and safe life and helps them to achieve that.
