My duties involve examining a business activity to help decide whether new IT solutions will improve productivity, discussing existing business models and the flows of data in the business with those involved. My role involves playing a major part in the systems development life cycle (SDLC), which includes a business idea, business cases, planning, delivery, testing, implementation and close out. Using a variety of technical and presentation tools, I draw up and specify costs for possible improvements and produce outline designs of new IT systems for others to develop and build. What is more, specifying logical operations the system will perform as well as the way data will be viewed by the end user. I have an experience in dealing with projects in a multi-location setting as I am a member of a twelve-person team in Poland while the rest of the team is in USA so I cooperate globally across organizations on projects, technology and processes providing the input into project planning by breaking down processes into project steps. I supply technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. I am able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.

· Analyze results of software tests to ensure desired functionality and document test results
· Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems

Przedmiotem pracy jest:
- Planowanie analiz złożonych problemów biznesowych rozwiązywanych przez systemy zautomatyzowane.
- Udzielanie pomocy technicznej w identyfikowaniu, ewaluacji i rozwijaniu systemów i procedur, kosztowo efektywnych i spełniających wymagania użytkownika.
- Konfiguracja ustawień i opcji systemowych, wykonanie testów modułowych, integracyjnych i akceptacyjnych oraz tworzenie specyfikacji dla systemów w celu spełnienia wymagań.
- Projektowanie szczegółów systemów automatycznych.
- Ewentualne konsultacje dla użytkowników w dziedzinie systemów automatycznych.

From November 2004 I was employed in Airline Accounting Center Ltd. in Sales Accounting Department. I was Junior Accountant and from 01.10.2005 I worked as Accountant.
My duties involved supporting co-operation and keeping contact with Lufthansa representatives in African countries and with German Head Office.
I was responsible for checking correctness of Lufthansa sales transactions like refund, sale, exchange, verifying conditions and making changes if necessary, giving penalties for underpaid services, issuing credits and debits, doing re-posting, keeping correctness of accounts and all documents and procedures involved in such process.
My everyday work was strictly related to MS Windows, MS Office. I am working within SAP environment, SIRAX in particular, with use of Amadeus Reservation System.
