Payroll Specialist
• providing HR support both for domestic and foreign customers,
• payroll calculation for employees and contractors,
• verifying the documents provided by the clients and their proper attribution,
• proper record of customers business operations in a computer system,
• calculation of sick leaves and other absences,
• preparation of work contracts and certificates,
• issuing employee-related documents as requested,
• providing support to employees in relation with international income tax regulations,
• preparation of transfer orders for payment of social security contributions, taxes and wages,

• monitoring of holidays, sick leaves, working time,
• preparing ZUS, GUS, PFRON and Tax Office obligatory statements,
• cooperation with government offices,
• handling payroll - related discrepancies,
• Social Fund calculation,
• participation in the recruitment projects,
• multisport and medical care benefit administration,
• providing support to employees in relation with HR documentation and labor law regulations,
• reporting to the regional accounting department in Romania,
• conducting induction trainings for newly recruited employees,
• compensation and benefits coordination in cooperation with CEE C&B Manager,
• preparation of reports for management board concerning employees needs, complaints, improvement proposition,
• assist with other HR projects as required.

- research and correct discrepancies in the payroll list,
- maintain and monitor financial cost centers by budgeting requirements,
- register and distribute incoming invoices,
- verify all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment,
- reconcile vendor statements,
- assist in month end closing,
- resolve any vendor issues and invoice discrepancies,
- expense forecasts and accruals,
- maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting procedures,
- any other necessary tasks related with occupied position.
