- research and correct discrepancies in the payroll list,
- maintain and monitor financial cost centers by budgeting requirements,
- register and distribute incoming invoices,
- verify all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment,
- reconcile vendor statements,
- assist in month end closing,
- resolve any vendor issues and invoice discrepancies,
- expense forecasts and accruals,
- maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting procedures,
- any other necessary tasks related with occupied position.
