HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
Create local and global HR -related strategies, methodologies, processes and procedures, ensure process standardization; mitigate and control all transformation-related risks (Remuneration, Benefits, Staff Satisfaction, Retention, Career Paths, Performance Management, Employer Branding and Recruitment etc);
Revise and improve processes and procedures within fast paced environment, applying changes in accordance with benchmarks and trends used to shape strategic HR solutions as the process owner;
Acting as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit (advise and support Management Team and all other employees on Legal Issues, HR Policies, HR Processes, Compensation and Benefits; work with senior managers and participate in Investigation, Disciplinary and Grievance meetings, etc.);
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes;
Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally;
Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client in terms of assuring HR resources to meet expectations;
Actively participates in performance management system change implementation and exit interviews;
Ensure up to date and accurate local and global reporting is maintained
Ensure compliance with legislation;
Setting up new business lines in Łódź.

Performing recruitment activitty in relation to employing candidates for entry level positions in the organisation as well as for Team Managers and Service Managers positions.
Cooperation in a recruitment field with Project Managers responcible for a particular customers as well as with line Managers.
Making relations with External Recruitment Agencies – contract negotiations.
Action as a PR responcilbe person – creating company profile in any possible and appropriate souce (Business Guide, internet job sides, Universities, etc).
Organising trainings for a new Team Managers in the Recruitment field.

Being administrative of HR SAP application and support for the Team Managers during implementation of a Performance Apprisal process.
