• oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting system ensuring compliance with appropriate international accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• support month-end and year-end close process
• coordinate process of preparing and publishing monthly and annual financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flow for 7 companies from Capital Group
• coordinate preparation of monthly report presenting financial and operational results for 7 companies from Capital Group for Group Board of Directors
• consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, clearly communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements during monthly Finance Committee
• prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collect, analyze and consolidate financial data; recommend plans
• administer and review all financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain and correct variances as appropriate
• prepare ad hoc analysis and reports for Group Board of Directors
• identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to automate and accelerate the financial reporting process
• supervise and motivate controlling team

Reconciliation of data used in risk weighted assets calculation (RWA),
identification and solving problems connected with data quality
Perform detailed Basel 1 vs and Basel 2 reconciliation on Balance Sheet and Off-balance sheet
Perform detailed RWA analyses and reports
Reviews the deliverables, produced by other staff

• Basel II reporting following BIPRU rules and internal policies,
• perform reconciliation between the Credit Risk Platform and the Balance Sheet,
•preparation of monthly and ad hoc RWA analyses

participation in organisinig ad hoc market research for Winiary Brand

• participation in preparing budget estimation for companies from CEDC Group
• performance of current business analysis
