• Leading a successful team of Project Managers responsible for implementing and maintaining Blue Distinction® Designation Programs for over 2,000 medical centers nationwide in six medical specialties (bariatric surgery, cardiac care, complex and rare cancers, knee and hip replacement, spine surgery, adult and pediatric solid organ and BMT transplants)
• Cooperating with the clinical and analytics staff on program design, thresholds settings and hospital reporting
• Leading all operational aspects of the designations, including planning and business development, resources and IT system readiness, communications and customer service, Help Desk and hospital designation display on public websites
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for all operational aspects of designation management
• Business owner of the designation online tool software responsible for its implementation, daily operations and enhancements
