- Support year-end salary and bonus pool modelling, and preparation of compensation analysis using internal statistics (e.g. employee rating) and market data (i.e. data collation, internal tools creation, testing and presentation in front of Clients)

- Deliver Group and divisionally aligned HR reporting and analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis

- Subject matter expert on Investment Bank hiring and commitments guidelines, rules and processes
- Provide support in ongoing operational process improvement including identifying where synergies and opportunities for consolidation, standardization and other improvements exist
