Responsibilities:
Cooperation and coordination of the team
Publishing articles on social media and overseeing the plan of published content
Active acquisition of new clients
Establishing and building lasting relationships with clients
Coordination of sales campaign by e-mail and respond to e-mail inquiries
Overseeing e-mail, using Yanado and maintaining the company's social networking profiles
Using Adobe Sign to support electronic signatures
Reporting developers' work time on projects using Toggl.com

Coordinating and conducting full cycle recruitment processes for IT positions: screening of CVs, conducting calls and face to face interviews with selected candidates, preparing and presenting job offers
Updating and building a database of candidates
Writing and posting job advertisements
Cooperating with all internal departments and managers regarding recruitment process and other HR related issues
Preparing reports and presentations
Creating competency profiles of the candidates and employees
Implementation of new employees and training of new recruiters
Establishing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment companies
Creating agreements with external companies
Participating in Job Fairs contacting universities and taking part in other promotional activities: KRUG, SRUG, OlWeb
