PMO (Program Management Office)
Reporting to the iPay Tech Program manager, responsible for the management of financial aspect of the program, status reporting of the program including issues and risks and project support.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the process of financial approvals for the planned vendor work.
• Manage invoice payments to the multiple vendors.
• Structure and manage the financial tracking of internal and vendor costs.
• Project status update for weekly reporting.
• Document and track project issues and risks.
• Support the development of presentation materials using MS PowerPoint.
• Track the compliance of the project to the JPMorgan project delivery framework.
