Ensure a comprehensive voice and data service by providing timely, appropriate and effective administration and maintenance of Avaya PBX solutions, voice and mobile communications
• Ensure the security, integrity and availability of the voice systems; including mobiles, voicemail, call centre technology, network integration with voice applications
• Creating telephony solutions based on specific requirements
• Troubleshoot daily problems with telephony systems
• Participating in network/telephony design and development
• Assist in network administration and troubleshooting of daily problems
• Take part where necessary in projects to upgrade telecommunications systems; including voicemail, IP telephony, call centre technology, mobile telephony and all future new developments
• Create IT procedures
• Act as an internally-facing point of contact to escalate technical issues, and communicate telephony status
