I network with talented individuals at all levels, working on opportunities ranging from from Director level positions with multi-national companies to hard to fill Engineering roles for innovative start-ups.

TSS (Talent Search Solutions) is the Executive Search division of Pinstripe & Ochre House, the leading global partner for strategic talent management. A specialist, multi-lingual, technology enabled team supporting RPO client’s and In house teams to develop an integrated, end-to-end process for the identification, engagement, acquisition, development, and management of Executive Talent.
TSS also provides a broad range of totally confidential services, including talent pooling, pipelining, internal benchmarking, succession planning, offer management and on-boarding, market mapping, competitor analysis and bespoke talent management projects. All of which utilise best practice passive search methodologies and are conducted in-line with a client’s internal talent management programmes.
Ochre House combined with Pinstripe in July of 2013 to form the largest independent provider of global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and talent management solutions and have recently been recognised by industry analysts Nelson Hall as the number 1 proivder.
