- full responsibility for all aspects of functioning of the organization (after a year the school had 200 students – the best result out of 10 EF schools established in 2003)
- creating the local strategy as well as acquiring new clients, both corporate and individual

- ensuring compliance of accounting services with suitable regulations
- co-operation with the Management Board regarding expanding the business

- supervision of about 20 accounting projects, including review/ preparation of statutory financial statements and management reports based on the Polish Accounting Standards, IFRS or US GAAP for clients from various sectors, including production and retail sector
- May 2001 - December 2001 – full responsibility for the operations of the department (24 corporate clients / team of 11 FTE)

- in charge of the audits/ reviews of financial statements of major companies from non-financial sector including TPSA (Polish Telecom) and Schneider Electric Polska Sp. z o.o.
- in charge of the review of control procedures of TPSA (Polish Telecom)
- participation in designing control procedures for Era GSM (currently: T-mobile)
