Working closely with the Centre Director and other staff members, be responsible for all aspects of student welfare at the centre, ensuring their wellbeing and safety. Plan and allocate accommodation. Organize student transfers to/from airports. Take responsibility for Health and Safety at the centre. Take part in the leisure program when time allows.

Help with applications, receiving orders regarding drug shortage and execution of orders. Working mainly in SAP and MS Excel.

Designing promotional materials for the company for external and internal communication, coordinating customer loyality programs and all related documentation, coordination of central sales offers, cooperation with other members of the support sales department and execution of work commissioned by the managers, organizing and sending prizes to pharmacies.
