HR Advisor
• supporting Swiss team in the knowledge transfer by writing user manuals (from March to June 2014)
• took part in the transition process of Deutsche Lufthansa (3 months of knowledge transfer and 3 months of stabilisation phase, from June to December 2014):
• being a single point of contact during and after the knowledge transfer by
supporting team and team leader in problem solving
• writing of user manuals for the transferred processes
• implementation of migrated processes
• delivering HR services in the area of internships to all group companies of Deutsche Lufthansa, such as Deutsche Lufthansa Passage and Konzern, Lufthansa Cargo, Lufthansa Sky Chefs, Lufthansa Systems, time:matters, Delvag or Jettainer.
• being the first point of contact for all internship-related queries
• creating of HR-related documentation (contracts of employment, certificates and other relevant correspondence)
• being responsible for external and internal trainees onboarding and terminations (processing startes, leavers, employee changes using SAP)
• ensuring the HR database is up to date and accurate
• assistance in the recruitment process (editing of job offers, searching for appropriate candidates in the internal database)
• contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
• coordination of events for trainees
• representing the team during the meetings with the client
• supporting internal recruitment, conducting language checks
• training of new employees within the team
• coordination of tasks conntected with infrastructure such as floor decoration (floor representative)
