Facility & Administration Manager
• Develop guidelines for space management and conduct overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration and ongoing process improvement. Conduct ongoing needs assessment by soliciting divisional headcount information and growth information to determine space needs for future planning
• Manage complete facility maintenance of building/sites including, but not limited to: maintaining superior condition of company space; and is the landlord/vendor liaison
• Manage facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery and coordinate with Headquarters division to implement company-wide emergency response plan
• Establish and manage the budget for the sites. Responsibility for reporting financial information.
• Management of construction work in warehouses, production and office buildings
• Maintain and oversee facilities architectural drawings
• Maintain various facility systems such as HVAC, utilities and systems such as emergency generator, lighting, security and fire testing, compressed air systems, electrical installations
• Creation of real estate related contracts and negotiation of conditions
• Analysis and effective optimization of processes and costs,
• Cooperation with state authorities
• Communicate status and timeline of facility maintenance projects, enhancements, and changes. Develop and maintain standards to manage relationships with facility related vendors
• Effectively lead and manage Facilities team, including but not limited to Facilities Technicians, Service Coordinators, cleanliness and maintenance staff
