HR Manager
• conducting internal and external recruitment activities as required by business needs,
• preparing of Induction Program for newly hired employees,
• executing of a performance management system, that ensure appropriate reward of performance,
• delivering training suggestions that refer to the employees’ development needs, organize the Personal Development Reviews for the SSC employees,
• support a process of organizational planning (job descriptions, update of organization charts, etc.),
• HR data base maintenance,
• coordination of document flow between the company and external payroll services provider,
• work closely with regional HR Departments, outsourced Payroll Providers and Accounting on all payroll related issues in CEE and CWE region,
• act as a point of contact to ensure the integrity of the payroll data,
• support for the managers in the HR management.

Senior Payroll Specialist
• Partnership work with external customers to understand their business and provide HR advice and solutions,
• Deliver on-time and accurate Payroll & HR services to external customers (more than 1000 employees),
• Comply with all legislative requirements and implement any required changes,
• Assist customers in HR software implementation (Kronos),
• Provide advice and efficient support to HR and Business Management on all areas relating to HR & Payroll and Best Practice,
• Deliver on-time and accurate reporting to management,
• Develop, issue and maintain Payroll policies & procedures,
• Prepare monthly and annual statements (Social Security, Tax Office, CSO and PFRON),
• Represent customers in their dealings with Polish authorities,
• Attend external customer’s meetings,
• Manage a team,
• Participate in sales program towards achieving agreed business aims,
• Recruit for internal business purposes,
• Participate in the process of periodic evaluations.
