Team Leader EMEA
- Act as the main point of contact for the assigned internal and external Clients, define scope of support and service details for specific engagements, report progress, discuss and solve issues, improve service quality and cooperation in the long run
- Lead a team of 14 Talent Acquisition Specialists: define responsibilities, allocate work, act as a leader and coach the more junior members of the team, help the team deliver their projects with knowledge and personal support, develop their skills
- Directly engage in project delivery as Talent Acquisition Specialist where appropriate to secure a professional and successful delivery of senior- level search projects
- Monitor team members' work and performance, gather and control outcomes
- Secure high quality and timely reporting to Clients and senior management
- Act as a communication channel between team members and senior management
- Secure a high motivation and possibly high work satisfaction among the team
- Train team as required
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as requested by senior managers

- Track market developments relating to people and companies (e.g. mergers, role changes, and industry trends)
- Advise on and execute resourcing strategies using the most appropriate channels
- Constantly improve the candidate and client experience
- Utilize search tools and technology efficiently
- Screen, assess and recommend candidates for specific opportunities
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Track market developments relating to people and companies (e.g. mergers, role changes, and industry trends)
- Advise on and execute resourcing strategies using the most appropriate channels

- Utilize search tools and technology efficiently
