- Maintain MRI database and manual files

- Prepare annual costs reconciliation
- Rent collection for leases
- Support Property Manager in budget creation and analysis
- Support in preparation of PM performance reports on monthly and quarterly basis
- Critical dates tracking and support including control of received guarantee’s
- Liaise with the tenants, clients and their banks where appropriate, on all lease connected matters
